MACRILON generates planning-grade, engineer-reviewed FTTH/OSP design packages from your inputs. Output is NOT issued for construction and is not a substitute for a licensed Professional Engineer's review and seal. You are responsible for PE review before construction.
Keep credentials confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account. Roles/tiers (viewer, engineer, manager, admin) govern permissions.
No unlawful use, reverse engineering, resale, or uploading data you lack rights to.
You retain ownership of your inputs and the generated deliverables. MACRILON retains all rights to the platform, engine, methods, and models.
The service is provided "as is." Estimates (footage, cost, homes) are planning-grade with stated tolerances and may differ from as-built. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MACRILON's aggregate liability is capped at the total fees paid to MACRILON in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, and MACRILON is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate per the order form. MACRILON is operated by Macrilon, Inc. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
